914ace576a fix(breakout): Move visibility checks to the Security dialog. 
This fixes some UI extra dividers shown. Disable password for breakout rooms.

a2d39ca5b1 fix(rn,util) avoid 'clipboard-copy' being bundled in native 
The copyText wrapper is used in the `showStartedRecordingNotification`
action, which is common for web and native. Provide a native
implementation so the right one is bundled.

fb3a39e743 fix(security-dialog) fix form event propagation after migrating to React 17 
In addition, replace the from with a div because they shouldn't be
nested.

Since we are no longer in a form, manually validate the password. This
was necessary regardless, because it was possible to bypass the digits
rule by pressing "add".
