77d687952d feat(jwt) deprecate and remove enableFeaturesBasedOnToken 
The new behavior is as follows:

IF a user has a token and `features` is not set, we treat it as if the
feature was enabled.

IF a user has a token and `features` is set, we check if the feature
name has a value of "true".

`isJwtFeatureEnabled` also provides a way to specify the default value
in case there is no token.

ce35a88299 fix(breakout-rooms) disable recording and live-streaming 
There is currently no way to directly join a breakout room, so Jibri won't know
what to do. This shall be revisited in the future.

5a934c071a logging: use individual, names loggers 
React Native doesn't define __filename nor __dirname so do it artisanally. In
addition, this helps with centralizing the configuration passed to loggers.
