This reduces the bundle size by about 100KB
It also decouples the AOT buttons from the classes that are used to implement other features

alwaysontop: don't use the Grand Unified Logger
...
There are just a couple of logs in this feature, and it's a standalone bundle,
which would bloat it due to cascaded dependencis.

React Native doesn't define __filename nor __dirname so do it artisanally. In
addition, this helps with centralizing the configuration passed to loggers.

providing a translation if one is available. This mimics the behavior of
