* Updates start silent, turning on startWithAudioMuted and few UI tweaks.

Disabled mic unmute button and removes remote participants volume slider.

* Adds analytics for start silent.

* Removes extra semi colon.

* Updates lib-jitsi-meet and updates meeting info text.
